Nutrition and Catering Consultancy offers a comprehensive menu auditing service for aged care facilities - for either accreditation or for a nutritional overview.
Menus are examined against Australian Standards for nutritional adequacy and balance
Menu audits include colour coding, menu planning balancing, repetition, menu planning guidance
Information is provided on areas to improve menu planning, nutritional information and site specific nutrition information to enhance future menu planning
Pre-audit material are sent to the facility to be filled in to ensure enough information is provided prior to an audit
Menus are reviewed and returned with an electronic and hard copy with a certificate.
Menu audits take approximatialty 3 week to complete once pre-audit material has been returned. .

Fee schedule

Average menu (4 week menu) $400.00 excluding  GST
Menus longer than 4 week cost $500.00 excluding GST
