FANJournal is inviting writers to submit an article which covers topic area within the journal.
The article can cover any area: Food safety, Aged Care, Childhood nutrition, Foodservices, General nutrition, Something to think about, Management in foodservices/catering, general food article.

The selection criteria will be based on the journal topics for each edition. Authors of the articles selected will be emailed confirmation of publication and asked to submit an invoice for payment. The editor can be contacted prior to each edition for journal themes to assist with the formation of an article either email or (0417 608 206).
Articles not suitable for the FANJournal will be returned to the author.
Editing process – will involve the article being proof-read however, articles will not be rewritten or worked on by journal staff. Articles that require considerable editing will be returned to the author for adjustment.
All authors must have an ABN number and able to generate an invoice for payment. 1 page article is $55.00 including GST. Once an article has been accepted it is the author’s responsibility to generate an invoice and send it to the journal for payment.
Length of article 1 A4 page approximate 400-600 words Picture and diagrams : Pictures and diagrams make an article come alive and are encouraged when submitting an article. A good photo (quality for printing) should be 1-2MB in size and taken by digital camera.
